Great wines begin with great people. South Tyrol has some of Europe's most exciting winemakers, shaped by sunshine, cool mountain nights and an extraordinary landscape. They're where our story begins. Our cellar, however, reaches much further. Because curiosity has always been part of our passion for wine. Cheers.

Hansjörg's office? That's what we lovingly call our clay wine cellar. More than 700 carefully selected labels are waiting there for you. With nine certified sommeliers, we'll always find the perfect wine to accompany Patrick's cooking. And if you stay a little longer, we'll happily tell you the story behind the bottle as well. Truth be told, Goran, Peter, Giuseppe, Martina, Priska and Hansjörg have already enjoyed a glass or two themselves.

The highlight of every week? Hansjörg's wine tasting. Forget formal tastings. Expect stories, laughter and exceptional wines.
One house rule: No spitting allowed. :-)
